If you choose to exchange the item, we will send you a new one within 7 days of receiving your returned item. Once your new item has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package.

Please note that if the reason for exchange is due to a quality issue or a defect in the product, the exchange will be free of charge. However, if the exchange is due to personal preference, a shipping fee of $9.9 will be charged.

If you wish to initiate a return, please send the item to our designated warehouse within 30 days of receiving it. We will process your return within 7 days of receiving the item. Please allow 7-15 business days for the refund to be processed and for the amount to be returned to your original payment method. Please note that the exact time it takes for the refund to show up on your account may vary depending on your bank.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us immediately by sending us a photo of the item. We will process the issue within 3 business days and send you a replacement item free of charge.

Please be aware that we will not provide compensation for items that have been damaged by the customer.
